Where is my delivery?
If your delivery has not arrived as promised, please use the contact information provided on your order confirmation/receipt, as well as your Bidscape order number, to get in contact with the vendor(s) and get updates.
Do you accept returns?
If there is an issue with material that has arrived, please contact the vendor using the information provided on your order confirmation/receipt. Returns will not be accepted after the delivery truck has left the job site. Please notify firstname.lastname@example.org of any returns that are accepted by the vendor(s).
HOw do i cancel my order?
When you place your order, you are making a commitment to purchase. Because we are holding material on your behalf, there is a minimum 30% restocking fee on ALL cancelled orders. Please direct order cancellations to email@example.com and include your order number.
